MAN ON THREE DIMENSIONS
1 Thessalonians 5:23 NKJV
Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
SPIRIT
You the real you is your spirit man.
SOUL
Mind, your will and your emotions.
BODY
This is our earth house.
2 Corinthians 5:1 NKJV
For we know that if our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.
We Have to guard our heart with all diligence.
Most people live their lives with their senses in full control of everything they do!
– Every decision asks, “what does common sense Say?”
– Everything they believe has proof in the sense realm.
– Every physical evaluation is placed in the realm of reason, asking “how do I feel?”
Essentially we are taught more about the world that we are visiting then the world that we are from. This natural world is more real to us than the life in the Spirit and that should not be.
2 Corinthians 10:4–5 NKJV
For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,
NONSENSE
Nonsense is a noun from non- + sense; perhaps influenced by French 1. words having little or no sense or meaning.
No proof to the senses that what is being said is true.
No sense evidence, It’s hogwash!
Proverbs 29:11 NKJV
A fool vents all his feelings, But a wise man holds them back.
THE DECIDING FACTOR!
“We Have The Mind of Christ” (1 Corinthians 2:16)
The principle we all need to learn is that poverty is not a lack of money, it’s a mental condition that results in the lack of money.
Romans 12:2 NKJV
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Psalm 119:162 NKJV
I rejoice at Your word As one who finds great treasure.
Romans 4:19–21 NKJV
And not being weak in faith, he did not consider his own body, already dead (since he was about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah’s womb. 20 He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, 21 and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform.
Psalm 103:1–5 Passion
With my whole heart, with my whole life, and with my innermost being, I bow in wonder and love before you, the holy God! 2 Yahweh, you are my soul’s celebration. How could I ever forget the miracles of kindness you’ve done for me? 3 You kissed my heart with forgiveness, in spite of all I’ve done. You’ve healed me inside and out from every disease. 4 You’ve rescued me from hell and saved my life. You’ve crowned me with love and mercy. 5 You satisfy my every desire with good things. You’ve supercharged my life so that I soar again like a flying eagle in the sky!
