How much do we trust in Gods Kingdom?
Matthew 6:24–27 NKJV
No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon. 25 “Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? 26 Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? 27 Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? 28 So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; 29 and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30 Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?
Surrender
Everything you surrender to God your going to meet in your future.
1. Our Trust Is in God
The goal is to place more trust in God’s kingdom than I do in This worlds kingdom!
Jeremiah 17:7–8 NKJV
Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord,
And whose hope is the Lord. 8 For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, Which spreads out its roots by the river, And will not fear when heat comes;
But its leaf will be green, And will not be anxious in the year of drought, Nor will cease from yielding fruit.
2. Your Not The Boss Of Me
Knowledge is key to walking in your freedom.
John 8:32
…“If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. 32 And you shall know the truth,
and the truth shall make you free.”
Colossians 1:9–14 NKJV
For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual
understanding; 10 that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; 11 strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy; 12 giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light. 13 He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, 14 in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.
Paul in prison has an opportunity to speak to King Agrippa and explain his transformation and his purpose for preaching the Word of God. Look at what he said.
Acts 26:18 NKJV
to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.’
“One of the biggest enemies to faith is a lack of understanding our redemption in Christ. Once you know the truth about redemption you will enjoy the freedom Jesus purchased for you. You must boldly confess your complete redemption in Christ.”
-Mark Hankins
No Poor citizens In The Kingdom of God.
2 Corinthians 8:9 NKJV
For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich.
Galatians 4:6–7 NLT
And because we are his children, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, prompting us to call out, “Abba, Father.” 7 Now you are no longer
